Who we are and what we do
India's largest museum of gramophones and records
We are a family-owned private museum in the southern state of Kerala.
Founded in 2015, Discs and Machines is the first Gramophone Museum and Records Archive in the Indian Sub-Continent. On exhibit is the large personal collection of Sunny Mathew Kunnelpurayidom, collected over three decades.
Our collection has many rare gramophone records from the early 20th century and a sizeable number of gramophones/phonographs as well as LP record players and even antique sewing machines.
